The Pointer Brill

A delightful pub in Brill, bought by one of our much-loved clients, who has boundless energy and enthusiasm, along with his wonderful wife. This project was very special, as rather than the ‘quick fix’ approach to many projects these days, the various buildings were lovingly (hmmm!) and painstakingly restored to their former glory (and beyond). This included the bringing to life of the old barn, (now the restaurant) and the re-building of the outbuildings to introduce the new butchers, naturally stocking the highest quality meat and charcuterie produced from the owners thriving herd of English Longhorn cattle. The gardens were brought to life by Fiona and by the looks of things, the Pub is thriving…
