CFC Underwriting

Having undertaken CFC’s move from serviced offices to the 2nd floor in Gracechurch Street in 2010, we have since completed a further three projects for them with the most recent being a fit out of the 5^th Floor. In 2014 we implemented the fit out of part of the 1^st Floor with an interconnecting staircase between floors. In 2016 we completed a full CAT A refurbishment and CAT B fit out of the 7^th and 8^th Floors, along with the rooftop terrace and a ‘refresh’ of other floors. CFC now occupy the 1^st, 2^nd, 5^th, 7^th and 8^th Floors. CFC continue to enjoy the benefits of their ideal location to Lloyds with the extra elbow room, until they grow out of their space again!
